Bernardo winery - サンディエゴの夕べ
サンディエゴ出張最終日の夜は、プロジェクトの関係者が集まってのちょっとしたパーティ。
場所は、郊外にあるワイナリー Bernardo winerry。
創業119年というワイナリーには、ぶどう畑をバックにいくつかのワインレストランやカフェ、ショップが並ぶ、見どころ満載のポイント。
入口でサーブしてもらったワインを手に、仕事やいろんな話がはずませながら、ワイナリーを散策。
カリフォルニアの太陽をいっぱいに浴びたカベルネで作られた赤ワインは、とっても濃厚です。
日が暮れた後は、インハウスのレストランで、ディナープレートをいただき、Closing。
来週からも忙しい日々が続きそうですが、日本に戻ってからも頑張りましょう・・・。
